Proceeds benefit the outreach activities of the MTC Outreach Ministry, such as our Homeless Holiday Giveaway and Community Health Fair & BBQ! Admission is first-come, first-served at the door.

To prevent heart disease and increase awareness of its affects, MTC is proudly participating in American Heart Month. You can make healthy changes to lower your risk of developing heart disease. The following will take place at the breakfast:

• Healthy Egg Test
• MTC Community Testimonial from Bro.Larry Wydermeyer
• Alta Bates Community Nurse Viva Moehnle will come and talk about heart disease.
• Handouts and brochures on heart health!
• Participate in the Walk Together around the community after breakfast!
